Benthos deals in archival designer clothing — Chanel, Dior, Prada, Gucci, Issey Miyake and Comme des Garçons among them — with an emphasis on avant-garde and conceptual houses. It runs as part shop, part gallery on the third floor at 35 East Broadway (ring to enter), open Wednesday to Sunday 12–7, with private appointments available.
